JS2000 concrete mixer
JS2000 twin-shaft horizontal forced type concrete mixer discharges two cube materials every time also known as the two-cube concrete mixer,JS2000 concrete mixer has a rational design structure with new arrangement, and is easy to be repaired and used.
This product cycle period is 60s when discharging. It can mix dry hard concrete plastic concrete flowing concrete and various mortar. It has dual superiorities of working solely or forming simple concrete mixing plant with PLD series batching machine and can also mixer for concrete batching plant. JS2000 used as main part of HZS120 concrete plant.
JS2000 concrete mixer is a kind of machinery which uses pressure to transport concrete along the pipeline continuously. It is composed of pump body and conveying pipe. It is mainly divided into gate valve concrete pump and S valve concrete pump, but according to the structure can be divided into Piston type, squeeze type, hydraulic diaphragm type, the pump body is mounted on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with retractable or inflecting booms, it forms a pump truck, which is mainly used in construction of houses, bridges and tunnels.
This machine adopts compact structure and new design, easy to operate and maintain. And we also offer some changes for this machine according to our customers' requirements.

Technical Details:
Limiting Device
It is equipped with a limit switch at the mixer host cap. The automatic power off function of mixer motor will take effect when you open the door, which is conductive to repairing and maintaining the whole machine.
Coupling Device
The coupling device is used to connect the driving shaft and the driven shaft so as to they can rotate together to transit the torque.
Electric Control System
Camelway twin shaft mixer is equipped with air switch, fuse, thermorelay with the function of short circuit and overload protection. All control buttons, air switch handles and indicator lights are set on the door of distribution box and have the door locks. Additionally, there is a protective cover on each button. The electrical components in distribution box are installed on an insulation board with high security and simple operation and maintenance.
Inspection Platform
There is one inspection platform setting around the twin shaft mixer that is necessary for the mixer’s inspection and maintenance, and it adopts the modular design with a simple installation.
