Mixing system
The main machine of YHZS75 portable concrete plant is JS1500 concrete mixer. The mixing system consists of pulley, reducer, open gear, electric motor, mixing drum stirring device and oil supply device. A special sealing device is arranged at the coupling shaft and the two ends of the mixing drum. In order to ensure the quality of the seal, a special oil supply is provided on the end face of the mixer drum.
Batching system
YHZS75 portable concrete plant uses PLD2400 concrete batching machine, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of cement, sand, stone and other mix ratios, and further improve the accuracy of weighing by using electronic weighing system.
