HZS35 concrete plant features a full-automatic control concrete batching plant which is composed by feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control and steel structure components, and widely used in road, bridge, dam, railway, highway, etc..

HZS35 concrete plant is forced type high efficiency concrete production equipment. It suits for mixing dry hard, half dry hard, plastic, and other ratios of concrete with features of high production efficiency, high mixing quality, stable and reliable, long lifespan etc.

HZS35 concrete plant refers to the concrete plant that adopts JS750 twin-shaft mixer. It produces 0.75 cubic meter of concrete per batch. At the same time, this batching plant transports aggregates with hopper, which is benefit to reduce footprint and improve land utilization. HZS35 concrete plant is equipped with PLD1200 aggregate bin. Its work platform adopts an all-steel structure; the discharge height can be customized according to the production requirements of concrete

The number and capacity of aggregate silos could be customized according to production requirement. Moreover, according to customers' actual demands, Camelway configures fully automatic, semi-automatic or manual control systems. The fully automatic control system adopts computer control to realize automatic control, production management and report printing of the production process.

1). Aggregate Batching Machine

1.1. Adopt combined structure and modular unit, convenient to install and remove.
1.2. Mixing and aggregate lifting system adopt JS750 double shaft compulsory concrete mixer.
1.3. Aggregate batching system adopts PLD1200 concrete batcher which offers efficient and accurate measurement.
1.4. Powder-lot is electronic measured and highly accurate dosing.
1.5. Water is flow-metering, simple and practical, highly accurate dosing.

2. PLD1200 Batching Machine

2.1. The series of HZS35 concrete batching plant adopts electronic weighing digital display.
2.2. It has features if accurate weighing, high batching accuracy, fast speed, strong controlling ability, simple operation, reasonable design and compact structure and long service life.

3).JS750 Concrete Mixer

3.1. JS750 concrete mixer has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure and convenient operation. Stable working and good mixing performance and low energy consumption, low noise and long life wearing parts.
